The EVPOA Design & Review Committee, Guidelines and Process

The Eagle-Vail Design Review Committee is governed by the Eagle-Vail Property Owners' Association, Inc. (EVPOA) and has attempted to set the highest reasonable standards for the community. The main goal of the Design Review Committee is to ensure new building projects and alterations to the exterior of existing buildings reflect the best possible design standards. The Committee sees that site planning and landscape design proposals are of high quality, are in conformance with community standards, and do not adversely effect neighboring properties. The Committee reviews proposals for new buildings, and alterations to existing buildings, for their compatibility with Eagle-Vail standards, and ensures they will be constructed using building materials suitable for Eagle-Vail’s extreme climate. The Committee members are homeowners with real estate, architecture, landscape design or similar backgrounds that have been appointed by the EVPOA.
