Welcome to the Eagle-Vail Property Owners' Association, Inc. website. (EVPOA) Eagle-Vail is a mature subdivision in the heart of the Vail Valley. Located along Highway 6 between Vail (to the East) and Avon/Beaver Creek (to the West), the community features beautiful views and outstanding recreational activities.The many offerings include Devlin/Von Hagge designed 18-hole and Par 3 golf courses, complete with driving range, Pro Shop and PGA instruction, as well as a summer swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playgrounds, recreation paths, direct access to National Forest trailheads, Mulligan's restaurant, pocket parks, and a community Pavilion. With all of this to offer, you can see that Eagle-Vail is one of the most enjoyable, relaxing and convenient places to live in the valley.
